Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to do before I come?
a.) Fill out the SLW waiver
b.) GET EXCITED!

Should I eat before I come?
a.) Definitely DO eat. Your question should be “What should I eat before skydiving?” Eat a normal, healthy meal of sensible size. It’s that simple.

What should I bring?
a.) A picture ID
b.) Comfortable clothing and shoes with laces (tennis shoes). We do offer jumpsuits you could throw over your clothes.

Can my family/friends come?
a.) Yes! We love spectators and have a great viewing area.

Can I bring my own camera?
a.) You are welcome to take pictures on the ground but you will not be able to take a camera with you due to safety concerns for you and your instructor. We do offer our own picture packages though!

What is the weight limit?
a.) Weight limit is 240lbs. Must be height and weight proportionate.

How long should I plan on being there?
a.) Plan to be there at least 30 minutes early to check-in and go through briefing. The skydive itself takes about 30 minutes but plan on being here a few hours. We have safety restrictions with clouds and winds so you might have to wait a bit before it is safe to go up.

Does it feel like falling?
a.) No! Imagine the feeling of standing up in a convertible while it is going 80mph and add an insane adrenaline rush. That’s the closest way to describe skydiving. You don’t get that feeling in the pit of your stomach like you do with rollercoasters.
